It hurts to wake up feeling inadequate and unaccomplished. Many of us feel this early morning stress. With so little time and too many things to do, we all feel so frazzled up. Every damn day, work piles up and even if we sleep on it, there can only be more. The result: we are falling off short on every task. And believe me, it will affect you personally when you get the hang of leaving things undone. Procrastination is not a healthy habit.
